Prospecting around Orange and Ophir Empty Prospecting around Orange and Ophir

We live in Ocean Shores, but we have friends down in Orange and wondered if there was anywhere around that area that might give us any hope of finding a nugget. We go down for a few days from time to time. I'm 75 years of age so I just like to do a bit of poking around and can manage just a few hours prospecting a day. Any help any members could give us would be much appreciated. Thank you and Happy New Year to all members.
