Very nice PH_Haze. Tell me was the quartz always that white or did it come out that way after the Alidrite treatment, and how long did you leave it in for?

Looks like it has more gold in it than quartz!

Thanks guy's, im stoked with this find.

Hi Wombat. The speci was filthy after it came out of the ground. The gold cleaned up after 6 hrs but it took another 30hrs to clean the quartz. I have attached a photo taken after about 12hrs in the alibrite. You can see the red stains still in the cracks/joins of the quartz.8g speciman Imag0011
