Don't you just love sunbakers....
Strolling along, minding my own business when I almost tripped over this...
Unfortunatly I picked it up before I took the pic, but I put it back and this is how and where it was waiting.....
Four in total for the day for 27.2gms

Fantastic find Phill.
Will not ask which coil you used but what glasses you are wearing.
It look like mine only see junk.
Keep walking

thanks all
For real for sure Dee....
Wouldn't it be unreal Russ, Imagine a few bobcat buckets full...mmmmmmmmmmm..... kerr - ching $$$!!!!!
14'x9' coilteck, cheep $5 magnifying jobs but at ground level my sight just starts to work (further away the better it see!!). I pick up my new specs tomorrow so should start seeing the ones I've missed.
I thought it was a very "goldie" looking bit of quartz that one.... Goldie!
15% ha! mate... Ive hot rodded those bits of solder with 50% tips and handels, best damn rods u ever seen!! haha Aido!
Fair dinkum, That bit went off like a ring pull can o beans lid! I'm lookin' for the tiny glimpse of a mellow signal I got about 18" away from it..... and boom, the 4500 cancels and go's into overload within about 6" of it. So I'm lookin' for the rusty lid I can't see anywhere and notice the solid yellow look of "that" bit of quartz, guys, just try and pinpoint over a bit like that! It aint easy.... but its loud! Curiosity got the better of me and I picked it up (as I mentioned)... wish I'd got a pic prior... Wow for sure! nothin' else that size weighs that much and you just know your in. Gold.
Thanks everyone for all the responses, I really enjoy reading through peoples comments.
These things make us all feel more positive and in a world with all too much negativity, positive things are a wonderful thing! Not only positive about finding gold but positive about ourselves in general, about living in a world and wonderful country in which we are able to do such a thing.
Ok Stoppsy.... I'll send it back down to ya mate right away!!!
Cheers guys, Phill.
