X3 PI made in China

Have been searching for a Whites Dual Field PI for a while but they seem to be scarce.
Instead I obtained a made in China X3 PI detector, from TEMU Australia.
Housing and knob layout is like the Dual Field and it works the same.
Construction of shaft, coil, headphones and arm rest, is adequate but not a selling feature.
Had to repairs headband cushion, as it split open and fell off.
Also have to look at the Pot knobs, as they are loose on the shaft, some bright spark put masking tape on to reduce  this.
Arm rest is in a fixed position (not adjustable) fastening bolt/nut are Not Stainless steel, nor are the shaft locking clips.
Dual Field Coil is 11.5" and 6" and very light, likely due to it being hollow, it will definitely float if used in water.
Rubber tube on S handle is thin, replaced it with a thicker one which give a better/comfortable grip.
Those that design and have it made, are obviously not the same people that assemble the units and also not those that write ad description and user manual.

Be interesting to read how it performs as compared to the Duel Field. The Whites is pretty good machine.
