New member from clare SA

G'day all, happy to be here and hopefully find out some good and up to date info on prospecting around clare, im a accessorie fitter here in clare mived over from tassie were i did a lot of prospecting there, keen to get back out there and do some panning as im told detecting isnt big over here, any and all information will be greatly appreciated

Hi D680, a guy called Len Dallow was an icon of SA Gems/Minerals and Gold, suggest you try and buy, get a lend of, borrow from a library his book on SA. Some goldfields could well be around your neck of the woods and the only way to get on them is getting to know the land owners.

Unfortunately Len is no longer with us, and is sadly missed by many many rockhounds and prospectors in SA.

Notice someone suggested you read a book ( A B O V E ) this is what I did and then found out what this person didn't want me to know and that is their is some really good online resources for SA
