Heading out Tuesday in WA
Hey guys, been a while as usual lol. Been busy... moved back to Perth, got married, super busy until now at work ect. Got a week off and I'm heading out bush
Curious if any members are out in the WA fields now? Would be cool to finally meet up with with someone after all these years. Plus I'm heading out solo so would be handy to have someone notice if I don't make it back to camp at night.
In any case don't worry guys I'm well equipped... Got GPS, PLB, 5 spares for the Ute and 3 for the trailer, lots of plugs, 200L of water, ect. ect.
Can't wait to have my first serious trip out in wa and hopefully I can put another post in finds soon lol
(Ps. Open to heading to any of the areas within 1000 is or so of Perth.

Good luck out there Billbo82. I hope you find lots of gold and get to meet someone else from the forum.
Now, to everyone out there. The word is ETCETERA, not ECTCETERA.
The abbreviation for etcetera is ETC;;;; not ECT.
Got it?????
I have put up with everyone's atrocious spelling, abbreviations and punctuation. I have had enough. Get it right. LOL
Regards Axtyr.

Re: Heading out Tuesday in WA
Sorry Davsgold.
I better get back to school because it seems I don't speak proper good either.
Find some big nuggets Billbo because there hasn't been much posted here in Victoria lately for some strange reason.

Thanks axtyr, yeah that's the plan lol... really just keen to get the monkey off the back and get my first bit of WA gold, only been out here once before for an overnighter a few years ago so will be my first good crack at WA. See if I can keep my record of less than 5 percent goldless daysAxtyr wrote:Sorry Davsgold.

You might lose that records, but what counts is the weight and secondary the number of nuggets. Which I am sure if you put in the effort you will exceed previous records. Best of luck no matter the next year will be better with the lesson learn on this trip.
