G’day All,

It also depends on how clean the gold is before going into the crucible, sometimes we’ve lost 2.5gr from a 35gr pour.  As Jen said we took some of the better bits out of the pictures above, so I hope this makes sense for the big loss of weight.    Thanks for your kind replies.    Very Happy
