PM problem.

I am having a problem with notifications for a PM. I get the notification but when I go to my PM inbox there is nothing there.
The notification is for someone called elrodeo. If Elrodeo reads this please email me at jfoster1944@bigpond.com.
Or if this is some sort of scam and someone has seen it before please let me know.

If so , I believe this means that the receiver has not yet ready

Nope.

Have a look at your settings.
In there you can accept or decline people or your PM's altogether.

I think you will find the sender, "Elrodeo" has deleted his PM to you, this is why you still got the notification, if the sender has deleted it before you opened it, that's what happens.

That makes no difference, what happens is the oldest ones drop off and makes room for the new one automatically.
