Gravity Dredge Legality? Empty Gravity Dredge Legality?

Hey Guys,


I have been trying to find the a Recreational Prospecting ACT related to what prospecting equipment is allowed and not allowed. (If it even exists)

Does anyone know where to find such a thing? I cant find anything that goes into detail of what is allowed.

As i am trying to determine if a gravity fed Dredge is legal or illegal?

Can someone point me in the right direction?
