PMAV Membership for 2015/2016

The Membership fees for the PMAV are now due for the 2015/2016 year. The fees are :- Individuels and / or Immediate Family $50.00. Individual Pensioner and / or Immediate Family $30.00. These can be paid at your local Sub-branch or by filling the Membership form that you will find in "The Eureka Echo" mag. Next year we hope that you can pay on line as we are up grading the PMAV web site. These fees have not gone up for many years now and we are not planning to do so in the near future. But we need your support and without members and membership fees we can not support you the prospector in the fight of keeping the Vic. Goldfields open. Every prospector in Victoria should belong to the PMAV.

Hi Wombat,
I never got around to paying my fees this year? I totally forgot as i don,t get the echo sent to me anymore? Other prospectors i have asked are saying the same and they have not changed address?
Is it too late to pay membership fees and where can i get an echo copy without having to drive to Miners Den or Coiltek?

Do they take credit card payments?

Hi GPZhunter. just contact our new treasure Jim Darragh and explain that you forgot to re-newal your membership and ask him about payment. Leanne our old treasure has retired from the job and Jim has taken over. Also our new web site is starting to kick in so this may be one reason that you may not have got an Ecko at the time. Also we were not sending any Ecko's to those that were not fanatical member at the time. We can now send the Ecko out on line for anyone who wants it that way. Saves Postage and it is quicker. Also we are setting up the new site so that you can pay your membership on line as well. But this feature has not started as yet.

Hi Rwork, Yes you have to be a financial to get the Ecko or even to be apart of any outdoor activities (insurance reasons).
This has been always like this. The only other way of getting the Ecko is to get it from some of our outlets like detector shops, some caravan parks in the triangle. But this will be for now on, old back dated Eckos, not the latest edition. If you are a financial member you can ask for the Ecko to be posted to you or get it by Email. But please make sure your address or Email is up to date. The PMAV is pushing for people now to ask for their Eckos to be sent by Email as this is a lot cheaper than post and a lot less time consuming.

Hi Jen I think you hit the nail on the head love. There is a few things happening right now that needs to be worked out. Nothing personal except I haven't found a nuggie as yet to kick of 2016 I suppose being in Melb right now don't help. To Bloody hot right now to go detecting anyway.
