The Forest Recreation Notes series are published by the Department of Sustainability and Environment to provide information on places to visit, minimal impact use and recreational activities in Victoria's forests.
These are guidelines and whilst not often enforced, sometimes they are. Just keep these in mind in order to protect our forests

There is a policy on 4 wheel driving as well.
