Pro-swing 45 harness suggestion
I have never been particularly impressed with the pro-swing harness ; it usually pulls my pants down, as well as twists 'em.
Recently I removed the "foot" of the plastic side arm from it's "pocket" around the back of the harness, and held it in the front Velcro-tabbed fold-over which holds the excess of the waist belt on the RH side (looking down whilst wearing it). Instead of the weight of the detector travelling to the rear of the harness, it now travels almost straight down from the bungy hook-up point, and I find the twisting has disappeared. Remove the screw-in adjustment plug from the foot of the plastic arm, put a cable-tie through the hole it was screwed into, and the arm will stay in place ; without a cable-tie it tends to slide out of the fold-over.
Now it just pushes my pants down (but at the front).
Phil

Re: Pro-swing 45 harness suggestion
I have no problems with my one.....now. I did have issues with the height strut pulling out occasionaly when I was digging targets & also the side ways winding adjustment would slowly over time unwind itself to the point it would hit my elbow & upper arm as I swung the detector. These were easily solved by drilling a small hole & putting in a couple of small self tapper screws to lock things up when I was happy with the comfort adjustments. No more problems now.
