Embedded Tector Manual and Guides Empty Embedded Tector Manual and Guides

It would be good if future detectors had the manual embedded in the detector, so it's always available in the field for those odd times when you just can't remember a certain detail.
Good in the rain too, no more soggy pages.

If all the languages were on the accompanying CD the owner could simply upload the manual and any guides in their own language.  

A simple text reader would also be good for referring to notes and coordinates etc.,

This would negate the need for carrying a hard-copy or a cellphone while detecting and any interference produced by such.

The Whites v3i has one.
Anywhere and on any topic/heading menu item, there is a read up of its function. Very handy indeed. I prefer it than the full manual as the simplified version gets strait to the point.

I can see the benefit from having one like this on any model detector.

Now that would be handy. But even more so if it came with audio as well! Like giving you examples of what a good threshold sound was, example of bad audio, various target signals, examples of various interference sounds and so on, as well as an audio version of the functions as well. I reckon that'd fast track the learning curve somewhat.
