coil making
There's nothing published about building IB coils, only PI mono's. To ask your questions, I suggest you
register and look here: http://www.geotech1.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=64b9f6d52d31fa0c0daaa071b2ef46a3&f=6
If are chasing bigger coils for Whites Goldmasters, try Jimmy Sierra:

Good luck. Graham

MAKING COILS,
Thanks, my problem is that they all seem to have new dd coils but none have monos which seems to defeat the purpose in low mineralised soil and trying to get max depth

You are probably well past this but if you havent had a read , it explains all about coils, how they work etc.

MAKING COILS,
Thanks Jeff, Ijust thought i had it down pat till i got to the multiple frequencies for vlfs for the same coil , as i cant understand how multiple frequencies from the same machine can suit. Do they work on multiples of the same frequency with two freq then altered to the lower of the three ie if 7,14, 21 all to 7khz, mark
