Just tried out my 8''DD Detech

Only been on for a few hours too before it found a specimen too    Thou i feel any DD coil worth half it's salt would of found it .My opinion on it ,well i thought the mounting lugs could of been heavier ,DEFINETLY the lugs could of been closer together ,as i have to really screw the wing nut up ,to get it firm up .The rest of it looks well made ,its a chunky little coil ,i did use my bungee cord ,mainly due to my shoulder is crook .It certainly got a good work out with it's first time out    with the field saturated in rubbish .I'm a big bumper / scraper of a coil ,it seemed to handle it good ,odd little contact noises ,nothing to worry about .No i think if i'm in the market again for another coil ,and Detech filled that void ,i certainly won't hesitate to buy another one .Cheers Hugh62
