Laanecoorie Gold Bash Fund Raiser Sausage Sizzle, Maryborough

Woolworths Maryborough has just come to the party by granting us a Fund Raiser BBQ Sausage Sizzle out side their store. Wooly's will be donating us free of charge all sausages, bread and sauce's, including the use of their BBQ, tables, and utensils, all we have to do is set it up. ALL the proceed's raised will be going to our Laanecoorie Gold Bash Fund. The BBQ will be held on Sept 22nd (Sunday) as this is the day of the Grand Final up here and the footy ground is almost across the road, and the town get packed. It do's not matter who is playing in the Grand Final, it gets played at Maryborough.
But for me to pull this of properly I'm asking for at lease 5 extra volunteers to help on the day, starting at about 8.30am till about 3pm. This will also be a great opportunity to promote the Gold Bash and to let people see what the hobby prospector is doing for charity's and may even put us in better esteem with the every day person.
