G'day to all, thanks for the great forum. My name is Trav and I have been detecting for about a year now after catching gold fever with a pan in some local (Ararat Vic) creeks. I use a SD2200d. I have had a little bit of luck, well enough to keep me out swinging whenever I get the chance! Most of what I have learnt so far has been from books and searching online and I seem to be going OK but I reckon I need to talk to more prospectors to learn more about this great hobby. I look forward to reading the informative posts, learning heaps and hopefully meeting other prospectors. Cheers.
