prospecting victoria
Hey guys! I have a tough question for you. How do I go about researching possible gold locations? Do you know of any good websites? We use a metal detector and are going to victoria for 2 weeks. Ive been to libraries, geoscience, looked at hundreds of web pages and I am at a loss. How do we find the primary source? Is it best to detect around the primary resource or in the creekbed? Are there any signs I should look out for (indicators)? I just don't want to get down there and not know what to look for. Any help would be appreciated.
Thankyou
Kristy

Your words "I just don't want to get down there and not know what to look for.".
Now you know how it feels to be a bloke, we ask the same questions time after time.
Now, take a look on here , might help out.
