GPX4000 Moisture in control box
I have moisture in the control box of my 4000, the lcd becomes hard to read due to fogging up, I tried to remove the rear panel but it would not easily loosen. Any ideas on how to remove or loosen rear or front panel to clear the moisture?
Thanks Bill

Re: GPX4000 Moisture in control box
Narrawa reminded me to post re my moisture problems with my gpx4000.
I sent my 4000 to Minelab the Friday after the above post, got it back the following Wednesday, A six day turn around (including the weekend). Haven't had a chance to test it yet, the repair docket stated that they removed the moisture.
They do have a good warranty service.
