hey guys,
Yesterday I was traveling with the detector.
Besides the usual findings, I could find this beautiful gold coin.
The weight is 4 grams, the purity is 900/1000

greets Strolch

Good 'onya Strolch , a truly rare find. I found a "One Pound Coin" some years ago and it just sits in my "brag Box" along with many Silver pre-decimal Coins. Well Done Mate.

Beautiful coin Strolch, nice pickup mate..looks almost uncirculated condition Q40

Hey,OLD SALT..did the One Pound coin you found happen to be dated 1852 by any chance? If it is,you have an Adelaide Pound, which is worth a small fortune Q13

Cheers...Dave

One like this is valued at about $85000.00 so if it is I would get it out of the "brag box" Very Happy
