Well even though they advertise dredges ! There is nothing for sale !!! I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that one .

I and a growing number of prospectors will NOT deal with any company who does not take steps to make sure they sell dredges only to permitted people !!!

For a small business in a small country town I reckon they keep a reasonable amount of stock. I was in there Tuesday & there was a heap of gear + lots of new stuff from last time I was there.  I have always found them good to deal with & helpful so would assume that if you rang them they would try their best to get what your after.

They have a new website up & running also http://www.nuggetsfromdownunder.com/# which still lists Keene Equipment under products (far right hand side) but nothing is listed there? May be still completing new website - not sure. As I say give them a call I'm sure they will do what they can to help.

"As the site is new, if there are any issues please do not hesitate to let us know. We are still adding more to the site so if you are looking for something that is not there please let us know. " Text from an email received from Kim - Nuggets from Downunder this morning.

Like many small online stores one assumes as they don't stock all the range all the time and don't monitor stock levels online they just state all is out of stock so u just give em a buzz to discuss if in stock or order-able.
As for dredges i'm not getting into it

Hi All
Our new Website uses the advanced HTML5 technology. which entails new capabilities and solutions and comprehensive support for mobile devices. However, HTML5 is still a relatively new technology and it not yet fully supported by all browsers. These browsers will catch up with this technology, but to make sure things run smoothly, please make sure to update all your browsers to the most recent versions. Hope This helps the people who are having trouble viewing the new Nuggets From Down Under Website www.nuggetsfromdownunder.com
Thanks

Hi Ark
I don't have any dredges or dredging equipment for sale. There are many other methods to extract or retrieve gold.
Thanks

Hi Ark
If You are using an iPad, it might be your browser, checkout internet explorer 10 (IE10). IE10 has first in-class browser security and is built for touch!
It might be helpful. Is there anybody else having trouble? Safari browser works on Vista. This is the trouble with technology changing, keeping up with updates, lol.

Kim, I'm not too sure who is hosting your web page, but I can say that I have had trouble logging in both through my office computer and my iPad and they are both with the latest updates. Presently I just tried and I am getting a message "can't find the page" on both devices. Other times when I do bring it up, it's very slow. So once again, I am not sure who is hosting your web page, but I would be having some serious words with them as this problem has been going on for quite a while and whatever you're paying them, you're not getting value for money and you quite possibly are loosing in sales.

Hi Guys
Thanks for letting me know about the website.
Due to people having some issues we have re-loaded the old website. So we currently have two websites.
New website www.nuggestfromdownunder.com
Old website www.nuggetsfromdownunder.com.au
The new website requires browsers to be upgraded due to newer technology but the old website is still user friendly for earlier browers.
I did the website myself so I will give myself a good talking too,Very Happy .Evil or Very Mad Twisted Evil
Thanks for the input, greatly appreciated.
Thanks Kim

Kim, don't be too hard on yourself, I think you did a swell dob on the design of it, a few little tweaks and it'll be fine. I still think it's you service provider or webhoster that's your lag.

Picked up a AM Foreman sluice from Nuggets from Downunder yesterday & gave it a test run today. Very Happy

Worked well in fairly slow flow & having never used a sluice before managed to get some gold. Easy to set up & I could see the chunkier specs sitting on the top section after a couple of scoops. Fair bit of fine stuff in the clean up too. Sat a pan under the end but didn't get any in it so appears to have caught most if not all. Very impressed for the first time use.
