special soil timings Empty special soil timings

hi all,
can someone please tell me, do the special timings in the lcd menu only come into play when the special switch in soil timings on the front cap is selected. sorry in advance if this sounds like a dumb question.
any help is appreciated

Thats correct, Special on the front end cap Timings switch allows you to choose from all the timings under Special in the Menu.
