Minelab X-Terra 70 Empty Minelab X-Terra 70

Hello guys,

I have recently manage to borrow a friends x-terra 70. He says it is good for gold detecting, I am hoping he is correct. We will be heading through the Graytown area on Sunday. Any hints or tips anyone could give us would be greatly appreciated. I have learned about sensitivity, noise canelling, ground balancing and proper comfortable setup. Has any one detected in this area before? Do I need to know specific setting based on the area?

I will also be trying out Reef Hills tomorrow just outside of Benalla.
