hey how ya goin im thinking about buying a gpx 4000,just wondering if its worth spending the extra couple thousand dollars on a gpx 4500 or gpx 5000

Hi Jezdog, welcome, Very Happy That's the $6 million dollar question right there and it has several correct answers depending who you ask, your personal wallet capacity, how much you intend to do etc,use the search and check out some of the posts I am sure this topic has been well addressed in past threads, I am a recent purchaser of a 4500 after going through the same exercise your on now and have used it with some success so far, general consensus seems to be that they are all very capable minelab siblings.
