Miners Right for Victoria

Hey,
Planning on heading to Victoria for a swing.
What do i need to do with the law to enable me to do so legally.
Do i come under a prospector or a fossicker? Sure if i found enough i may want to see it....
Is a miners right all i need or does fossicking come under a different label?
All Info would be sweet.

Yes you wil need a "miners right" for VIC to fossick & or prospect in VIC, you can get one when you get there, or get one online before you go.

Gday...Evan to be legal you need to get a miners right only problem is it goes for two years $30.60.
