3 days of detecting after easter ...

Hi all , just got back from 3 days chasing colour out bush with TheGoldenChild & The smiling assassin .
We chose an area in the triangle & hit it hard waving the 45`s from sun up to sun down . We would then head back to camp to cook up some bush tucker & put the feet up for a couple of hrs for a well deserved break before heading back out for 5-6 hrs night detecting . We concentrated our efforts in one particular area that was well away from any major workings . With 3 x 4500`s coupled up to the 18 " NFA Rounds we covered alot of ground quickly searching for the first bit . Once the first piece was unearthed , coils & settings were adjusted regularly with a plan to methodically scope the area . All the nuggets in the pics came from this area except the smooth biggest bit - which was found a couple of gullys over ,,, a loner as we could not find another bit at all in this area .
As you can see by the roughness of most of the nuggs , they hadnt travelled very far from the original reef , with dig depths varying from 2" to 13" . All in all we had another fun filled adventure & i would like to thank both Manny & Brian for staying out there another 3 days after easter to keep me company .

7.1 gms, 5 gms , 4.1 gms , 3.2 gms, 1.8 gms , 1.5 gms , 1.2 gms , 1 gm - rest were subgrammers -
TOTAL : 27.7 Grams .
