11" Commander problem Empty 11" Commander problem

Post  crmosoldier Mon Mar 12, 2012 1:27 pm

Hey guys,

Just got a 11" commander mono and it's giving off false signals with any back and forward movement that isnt extremely gentle. I'm using it with a 4500.

Anyone else have this problem or know of a fix?

Thanks!

There was a recall by Minelab re this coil some time back, search minelabs site for the recall info.

Thanks for the reply guys.

The coil was brand new but I got it from eBay, has anyone sent one of these coils back to minelab, do you need proof of purchase?

mate if you bought it from one of the prospecting shops contact them. i reckon they`ll help you out. if you bought it from a private seller i reckon thats why they sold it.
