Triangle Gold / some recent finds

I had the good fortune of adding a nice 6.8 gram nugget that i found on Tuesday in an area that the others in my pic came from Just when you think it`s done,i put on another coil my 16" NF and with my trusty 4500,decided to give the area another try as i had come home with no rattle in my bottle a few times now.I knew there was gold there still somewhere!...So having searched areas that i and others had been,this nugget only just needed a coil to cover it and it would give up I unearthed it from 7 inches.

Thats a good find m8 well done, espically in an area thats been done quite well, its a good feeling to get a nice big chunky one, and the others arn't to shabby either.

Very nice finds (especially the big one). Picture looks great as well, has the 5 cent piece met it's match(stick)?

TheGoldenChild...No i haven`t given up on the five cent piece yet,but the match makes a good pointer and you can strike it LUCKY too

Makes me think your little hot spot has areas in it that havent been covered thoroughly ...
Good to see the 16" come out also .
A job well done - To find the other half of that 6.8 grammer would be a "match" made in heaven

Thanks gully hunter, i understand your point on some spots not being thoroughly covered....now that`s why you and i can clean up the stray ones We will have to get Johnny up here and i`d like to meet up with your crew and hunt out some stray nuggets sometime...anywhere in the GT..and learn a few more nuggeting tricks.Have you decided to go with a new 14"x9" Elliptical to replace your worn out 14"x7"?

Thanks CostasDee i just posted a batch that i found earlier than the latest,and as i said i haven`t always taken record shots of my finds.I had found a lovely 9.5 gram nugget (My biggest) but did not photograph it...So i will in future record all my finds...The members finds thread does give us hope that it`s still out there.
