GDAY NEWBIE

Hello, fellow detectorists I have just come across this site, and being a keen detectorist myself I thought I would join the forum I am from WA, and 3 seasons now prospecting with my Wife and loving it We have found a couple of ounces so not to bad for a couple of novices, I have read the unfriendly encounters that some have experienced out in the gold fields and hope this is not a regularity. I personally have not had any encounters with leas holders as We only go on pending and permissible allowed ground Although We did get run off a pending lease by a drunken station owner and his police friends outside of Mt Magnet WA, I just wonder if anybody on here come across this lunatic in the bush He threatened to shoot us and the police asked us to leave so not wanting trouble with the law we packed up and went elsewhere, We have a GPX6000, GPX5000, sdc2300.
