Re: Manticore ?
Waiting for mine to turn up, mate who works for Minersden used one on a demo day and was very impressed. Particularly the ability to pick up silver amongst the rubbish. People on the GC are singing its praises but I feel a few of them are so called "influencers" with lots of user experience but not much apparent indepth knowledge or understanding of the technologies being implemented.

Re: Manticore ?
......... besides all of the above, you just know you need a nice shiny new detector that is lighter and has more power

Re: Manticore ?
Maybe; But then there is the 19 tectas sitting in my wardrobe doing nothing and the other 48 that I have used previously.
This new one sounds a bit like my EQ 600 with some of the features of my old Spectrum XLT.....The XLT has just about every possible feature that can be adjusted, calibrated or tweaked by the operator.
