If you use an online booking agent
DONT USE EDREAMS.

I booked a flight late last year through them and had to cancel it within 24 hours because Victoria lock down, the refund has still not been refunded.

The ANZ said they would contact them still no reply.

Now Edreams Barcelona have taken another $89:99 from my account last week, l phoned ANZ and reported it, again they said they would contact them.

Today l had to cancel my card and wait for two weeks for a replacement card from Sydney.

And more arguments with the bank.

PASS THIS ON.

Here's another pain in the A*s*.

Bought a new Honda generator in Sydney, (good price),  to road freight it, it  took five days to get to Devonport, (including  a boat ride) then seven days from Devenport to Launceston less than two hours drive.

Go figure!

Thanks for the update gents. Scams/scammers throughout this pandemic, are becoming more prolific. This is why I say to all members on here, when something seems to good to be true, it usually is. When in doubt, do your own research, before giving your final answer or decision.
