Telephone issues

Just letting you know that after I carefully planned the phone transfer from our old shop to the new shop Telstra failed to do so.
The phone has been disconnected from the old store and not been connected to the new store so if you are trying to contact us please text me your number (I will return your call) or phone me on 0459311660.

Telstra called me today and said they would fix it by Tuesday. I stayed calm but insisted they get it organised sooner so they are supposed be calling me back again tomorrow to let me know if it can be done.

Still no phone. After a lot of argument with telstra the phone is schedule to be hooked up tomorrow between 8am and 12midday.

Kim, don't even think about late bill payment. That is a no-no and Telstra will not accept any excuses for your tardiness.

Yes they would be quick to jump on you if the tables were turned.

They have offered a $100 off my next bill for the inconvenience but it was all set and planned for last Friday, turn off the phone in the old shop and connect in the new shop. I rang them three times on Friday, Saturday once and they rang back twice, were supposed to call me on Sunday and didn't, and they said they couldn't get a technician until Tuesday. They totally mucked up the whole transition. It doesn't matter how much you jump up and down it has been set for Tuesday.

It all should be back on track tomorrow. Grrrr!
