Is Warratah bay area worth a shot?
My brother in law ran into a guy who was telling him of a few spots down there so we might go for a look see.

Waratah bay is in Gippsland, it features in a prospecting book we have so we might give it a pan and rock over the next few weekends.

We ended up at Steglitz as my brother in law came over, we got a few grams over the morning but wonder how things would be differnt if broken glass was $1600 an ounce!

We went down to Waratah bay and sure enough exactly where an old bloke said we got some gold after a few hours cradleing, albeit half a dozen specks but it is there!
