LAANECOORIE 2012 BASH SPONSORS & MORE INFORMATION Updated 15-05-2012
Go to the bottom of this page for the BIG ANNOUNCEMENT
Hi all, I thought it would be a great idea to post a separate section listing all our sponsors for this years Laanecoorie Bash, along with the great donations that they have pledged and provided. There are still more businesses that we are talking to and hopefully will be coming on board.
I'm so glad to see that to date there has be no politics involved, all our sponsors have grabbed the moment and put in what they could with one major focus and that is raising money for Royal Children's Hospital.
Next time you are in one of their shops or ordering something on line please let them know that there involvement in the Laanecoorie Bash and donations were appreciated.
As we have received some very expensive donations and feel that we can raise a little more money with these items than just raffling them so we have decided to have a Silent Auction running over the weekend and ending just prior to the end of the formalities on Saturday night. We will also have a general auction during Saturday night as well. There will still be heaps of prizes let for the raffle with some valued well over the $350 mark.
We will let you all know next week what the major prizes will be so don't hold back, bring your cash for Saturday night.
We would like to acknowledged the support of all our sponsors below and mention a few special things that they have donated, this is by far not all we have received from them and we always have to keep a few things as surprises
Firstly I would Like to mention Coiltek Manufacturing SA, Trevor and these guys were first to put their hands up last year and for this they carry the very important title of " Founding Sponsor " Last year we raised some great money for their charity SCOSA which I'm sure was appreciated.
Following on from their fantastic donations last year, Coiltek Manufacturing have lifter the bar this year with a wonderful assortment of Coiltek equipment including a Goldstalker 16" Round and a Goldstalker 14" x 9" Eliptical.

Robyn & Jim have been great supporters and a wonderful help in organizing this event. They will be going out of their way to make your stay at the park a fantastic experience which will include name tags on arrival, Nibbles on Friday night, use of all the park facilities and putting on the roast for Saturday night. Now just when you think they have done enough, Jim will be conducting a field trip Sunday morning to discuss the finer points of reading the ground and bush craft. Then there is the money cannot buy donation that Jim and Robyn have made and that is a 4 hour (half day) private prospecting tour with Jim– This content of this tour will be negotiable with the winner whether it be a prospecting lesson, or a tour looking at different types of ground, or a historical tour or something along those lines.
