On a serious note - Ice that ankle and get that swelling down. Bandage it correctly before you go detecting on that uneven ground..

Believe me - I'm 56 and my left ankle is stuffed because I ignored an injury like yours.. blasted internal spurs now

thanks mate, i had the strapping and that for it but don't know what happen to it... will have to go and get all the stuff again tomorrow so i can get out ASAP (wich i hope tomorrow). i done this ankle twice this week already bloody thing.

Stoppsy..just a quick visit and I see that you have not lost your touch..maybe you might find a nug as big as you ankle.

That's a great find mate, congratulations, the ankle probably won't feel so bad after finding that nice piece.

Stopps watch that ankle,the doc said mine was only bruised and this is how it ended up.It didn't even look as bad as yours.I actually had 4 broken bones and still walked around until it healed.
