Re: Exploration Permit
Yeah Reg,
Don't know about It, don't mention anything to anybody and even If you leave the place a lot heavier and smiling, don't ever have found anything there.

Just my luck
Hi Reg
Do you know how to use the Department of mines & energy website, in particular the Interactive Tenure Resource Map, this allows you to bring up a map of your area & put layers on the map eg, all mines, leases, exploration permit areas & you can also get GPS co-ords for all mines, other than this site go to your nearest DME office if you need further help PM me.
good luck.
cheers

Re: Exploration Permit
So go and ask them for permission of course.
I've just been granted permission from a mining company for some old mines down my way. (the lease owners are based in QLD)
All I have to do is let them know how I went and give them GPS co-ords of my finds when I'm finished. Peice - o - cake.
I got the name of the mining company and contact details from the landholders.
Do it the right way and nothing can go wrong.
Dicko..
