Went to Heathcote yesterday, and with all the rain the Vics have been having, every dighole was full of water and ................. mozzies.

Yep the goldfields are full of mozzies, so if you want to detect around diggings you better not miss any skin with repellant. I missed my hands and looked down to find three of them on my fingers.

Drove on top of a hill and there met Dan from Boronia - wearing shorts. Unfortunately for him we stopped for a talk and then they descended on his legs

Good luck if you are going out - you have been warned!

Use plenty of repellent... PLENTY ++++++

Also have tried those mozzie repellent shirts. They seem to stop the buggers biting through..

Ararat.
Looks like it has travelled a long way or has lots of water running over it.
Cheers Greg.

Never swap a mozzie or a fly on your skin, the scent attracts more.
