Who knows what the worlds nations are or have been experimenting with in terms of biological or chemical warfare Bungarra1, but the last thing we need right now is another world catastrophe to take place.
As for the Russian rhetoric/propaganda (& as sad as it may sound) yet one can't blame a whole nation's people, for the actions or inactions of the few who govern it.
