Some small bits.
G’day everyone.
Another great day for prospecting in Castlemaine yesterday. 3 of us were out and I managed to find 3 small pieces. Moredeep found 2 and my other friend found nothing. He was trying out the 4500 he had just acquired and was very happy with it even though he didn’t find anything. It was great to be outdoors.
My pieces weighed 0.05 gram, 0.2 gram and 0.06 gram respectiveley. At least it was gold.
The March flies are horrendous out there in some areas.
Regards Axtyr.

Gold is gold, no matter the size.
Those March flies are just as bad up Maryborough way. My wife had marks all over her neck from them.
Added to them I got a lovely bite from a fire ant that caused an allergic reaction. Need to watch when I pick my stuff up off the ground...
