Looks like Minelab has applied for a new patent for a new GPX-6000 pi detector.

hopefully they might add a discriminate button as well so they/we can check if it's rubbish or not, shouldn't be that hard.

Dig everything mate, leave nothing to chance..

I know of a couple of friends who dug a hole that had a screaming target in it,dug down about 600mm and stopped and left the hole open, someone else came along and got over 11ozs out of it,they stopped about 50mm from it,as they say never leave a target un dug

Smile  Yeah me too . This bloody annoys me ,why cant we just send our 5k's into mine lab and get update's done ,apparently there's still room left in the housing for added electronics . A built in signal enhancer like the SPO1 would be great too . I seriously wonder too if it could be any where near as good as the 7k  Question  This all sounds like the mine lab marketing dept telling mine lab boss's that there's avenue for a another detector in that price bracket ,and just dribbling us with technology / advances . Oh well i suppose this topic may put a bit of life back into these knitting club forum's for a while . Laughing
