Detecting around wangaratta chiltern

Hey all, been a few years since I've been on here. Managed to find the new site and was glad to see I still had a username and remembered my password hahaha.
So I've just made my way down to Vic and keen to get out for a swing, got as far as wangaratta today and wondering if there is anywhere close to here I can go with detectable size gold?

Thanks mate, in the end I just decided to head to Bendigo as I know I'm guaranteed a few bits there.
Got 16 bits over 3 days, so pretty happy for a start. Heading back out tomorrow.
