I know a lot of folks are questioning the Equinox 800's ability to find gold. Last week while out in a highly mineralised area of Tarnagulla I found my first nugget using the Nox 800.
The area was under a power line and full of junk so running a PI machine was out of the question. I was using the standard factory settings in Gold 2 mode and found this nice little piece about 4" down.
