section 40E permit price rise ???? Empty section 40E permit price rise ????

hi all
mate of mine says price of section 40E permits are to increase to $90.00 each as from 1 of july
ive heard nothing of this so just asking if anyone else out there knows anything.

way price of gold is going its only a gram and half no big deal to me
but if true I think it will have the effect of increasing illegal prospecting

what are your thoughts
