paying for 40e

just wondering if any one could help I have completed the 40e form with all information that is needed. I am now wanting lodge it and pay my fee.
Where do I send and how do I pay for it.

Just be aware that you will need a WA Miners Right before you can apply for your Permits.

Where did you get the 40e form from? any DMP now (DIMRS) office will take your payment and lodge it. You can also lodge it online these days, we do it this way, much easier.

managed to get it sorted took a bit to work out how but a lot easier to do it online.
