Hi all, finally got my act together and went out for my first swing today for 2017, first gold for the year. First nugget for my new Coiltec 18 inch round Smile  Nothing big, but 21 grams will do.

Finally some more gold. It's been a week since the last gold post.

Well done Bloodgold 2. The Easter bunny was kind to you with such a nice piece. More gold than I've found all year as well.

Well done BG. Its only just cooling off, plenty of time left to get some big patches...although the grass may be high in places up there i'm guessing. "Nothing big only 21 grams"...you spoilt  bast**d. Very Happy

Hey Trib, yep the mornings are cooling off quickly in the last week. Yes the grass is a pain ATM and yep I guess I am spoilt, 3 ghost targets (dismissed after a few scrapes) no rubbish and the 21 grammer was my total effort for the morning.Didn't even break into a sweat Smile

Thanks Slim, stumbled onto this spot mid last year, found 3 bits first time round the largest a 9 grammer. But also 3 bits of rubbish, so the count so far for this large area is 4 gold and 3 rubbish. Pretty happy with that ratio Smile
