Yet again my mind has flip flopped over this coil. We now call it the 'Enterprise' after the starship.

What changed my mind was using it over large bouldery till. Responses from deep solid objects deep in the boulder piles was clear and solid, whereas responses from the 14" on the deeper ones was either non-existent or a slight discountable ground murmur type noise, despite the fact we could get the 14" in a bit closer to the target.

I no longer discount this coil, it is very powerful in certain situations and I am certain from what I've seen will account for many good sized nuggets coming to light.

My GPX coupled with an 18" NF has really done some damage on many old haunts, but on some the Enterprise has emerged tops.

Cheers Kev.

Thanks Kev,

Sounds like you have found one of the advantages of the Zed19. Thanks again for your report on the Zed19.

Cheers.

Mike.

My big kanundrum (spelling) is when to put it on.......

will I miss something with it on the 14 would have heard and visa versa.......

I may have to double detect every area with both the 14 and 19 lol
