Hi to all,
I have juat joined BPC and am looking forward to attending the next meeting. I hope I can contribute in some way or another to be valued by your club.

Born in Geelong and grew up in Winchelsea and everywhere else that our dad dragged us while he was a cook on the railways building projects in the 50's and 60's.
I knew how to chase rabbits down for mum's stew and to climb high to collect pinecones for the old iron stove to cook them. I later went into music as a career and always knew that someday I would return to the bush. At 64 that day has come.

Got a SDC 2300 recently, a Garrat pan and although teaching piano was a soft affair, the thick blisters on my hands remain a testiment of my true personality.
Respect for the bush and all creatures in it (appart from rabbits, still like a good stew) is an inbred inspiration...Regards Jordie

All or any contributions,of how to find gold & or methods used towards its retrieval, are always welcome here.
