Re: macro jeohunter 3d
Be interesting to be able to give one of these units a good try out, although digging down through 1.5 mtr of solid Aussie iron stone without a bobcat and backhoe doesn't turn me on much. On the other hand if the target was a possible 20kg gold nugg then maybe I could overlook that little hindrance.

Re: macro jeohunter 3d
So the SDC2300 would be ta find the little bits left over after the nitrofill.?
I have about 10 years left in the tank and that is about how long it would take me ta dig down with pick n shovel 1.5 mtrs these days.
If ya have any spare nitro, there are some people down the road a bit that I wouldn't mind giving it to....So ta speak.
The Geo Hunter sounds similar to the Nokta Golden King but slightly more compact.
These detectors seem to be quite advanced and work OK in quiet ground. They say it can handle high minerals but I guess that will not be like Aussie conditions but even so the Geo Hunter may be quite usefull on Geological digs and if it has a data logger that will produce a map of a surveyed area then that would be handy.
