GPS on the GPZ Empty GPS on the GPZ

Thought I'd never use it, didn;t even print that part of the manual out.
Was in a bit of thicker bush the other day,cloudy and not got my usual GPS with me so
thought I'd give it a go.
Use it all the time now. As good enough as a chain as far as I'm concerned.
On going back on missed areas got 3 extra nuggets. Doesnt seem to use much power.

And the bonus.....  a little guy in the palm of your hand to chat with. Tho conversation a bit one sided.....

Oh, it's accurate.  Takes a little getting accustomed to the controls, as happens with most new technology that we get to use.  I have only used so far to mark finds locations and where the vehicle is parked.

I have heard some ONLY use the gps screen while detecting.
Nothing else to look at apart from the ground i suppose....
