G,day from the Wombat Forest. I am new to detecting and have just purchased a used Minelab SD2000.
I am recently retired and having worked in the bush most of my life am keen to get out there and try to find some gold. Obviously there is a lot to learn, but I think the members of this group have a lot of knowledge to share.

im only new here myself do as much research as you can on areas you want to detect
and get out and start swinging your detector
